Chiropractic means to be done by hand. Chiropractors provide impulses to the body in places of low to no stimulation with their hands. Reaching the parts that you don’t, aiming to get your spine as upright as possible, reducing the number of pain days experienced over the longer term (1, 2). Stresses, injuries strains and tensions all work to pull down the spine from its upright perch. Infections, diseases and illnesses can work against the spine’s central position. The sacroiliac joint is the wing nut of the body trying to improve pressure sharing around the body.
